		Acworth Meetinghouse Upcoming Events Local events have been the "grass roots" fundraising of the Meetinghouse Project. Those that donate their time, materials and efforts to create our very successful local events are much appreciated, as are those who attend and support the Project. - 2009 Events - July 4th: Pancake Breakfast Menu is: Pancakes w/wo blueberries, local Maple syrup, sausage or bacon, coffee, tea and orange juice. To greet and meet with the Crescent Lake Association's Annual meeting. There is no charge but donations are appreciated. Continuous seating from 8am to 10am. June 20th: Steeple Raising Join us as we raise the steeple at the Acworth Meeting House! We'll be having a pancake breakfast from 7 to 9 AM. Steeple raising at 9 AM. Raffle tickets - $5 each, guess the lift weight of the steeple (crane gauge reading). May 23rd: Pancake Breakfast Menu is: Pancakes w/wo blueberries, local Maple syrup, sausage or bacon, coffee, tea and orange juice. All Acworth residents are invited to attend and meet their Neighbors. There is no charge but donations are appreciated. Continuous seating from 8am to 11am. Committee members, John Rider & Jim Brown will greet those attending, they will be prepared to answer questions concerning The Meetinghouse project. A copy of the Project booklet will be available. J. Clowes and John Putnam will be available to give tours of the work in progress. Bring your guests too!
