Acworth Meetinghouse  July  Events on the Common

July 5th Event: Pancake Breakfast
Menu is: Pancakes w/wo blueberries, local Maple syrup, sausage or bacon, coffee, tea and orange juice. All Acworth residents are invited to attend and meet their Neighbors. There is no charge but donations are appreciated. Continuous seating from 8am to 10am.

Committee members,John Rider & Jim Brown will greet those attending,  they will be prepared to answer questions concerning The Meetinghouse project. A copy of the Project booklet will be available.  J. Clowes and John Putnam will be available to give tours of the work in progress. Bring your guests too!

July 12th Event: Open House in Celebration of the Steeple Progress  10am to 4pm.
Local Musicians all day
Flea/craft/display area all day
Children activities..face painting etc.
Horse & Wagon Rides

Raffles:   Basket Raffles, Lots of Containers filled with Goodies of all Kinds.....Tickets $1 each or 10 for $5.00

2nd Raffle: 2 cords Firewood, $150 of Gravel, Ct.River Bank Savings Bond& a Kayak Raffles, Tickets will be $5 each or 6 for $25

3rd Raffle: Win Cash  25/15/10% of amount collected Tickets $5.00 each or 6 for $25
You do not need to be present to win any of the Raffles.

Drawings begin at 3PM. Buy your tickets from any Committee member

Food:
Serving at Noon: Chicken BBQ.. with sides, beverage and dessert  $10 per person
Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and drinks available all day outside in the food court.
